Terms of Sale

PAYMENT - We accept bank checks, business or personal checks and postal money orders. Checks and money orders are to be made out to Prestige  Auctions, Inc. All payments must be made in U.S. funds.

SHIPPING TIME PERIOD - We ship domestic and international. Check orders, if not certified, will be shipped only after funds are received and cleared. Certified, bank check or money order purchases will be sent without this additional wait period.

AUTHENTICITY - We guarantee authenticity valid only to the original buyer. There is no time limit for returns that prove not to be authentic to the original buyer. In the case of a dispute over authenticity after the 30 day return period, Prestige reserves the right to rely on a third party.

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY - COAs will be sent upon request.

SALES TAX - 7% Sales Tax will be applied to all shipments to New Jersey addresses.

SHIPPING & MAILING - In most cases, USPS will be used to ship/mail items via Certified Mail. Domestic shipments valued over $5,000.00 will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail. Combined shipments will be accommodated whenever possible.

A charge for shipping and handling will be added to your total. If a item is framed, over-sized or especially weighty, shipping charges will be higher than indicated and will be discussed with the customer prior to shipping.  International shipments will be priced separately. An additional charge for insurance will be added for high-priced or fragile items. The shipping/handling rates are as follows: 


            $101.00 - $300.00              $12.00

            $301.00 - $500.00              $15.00

            $501.00 - $1,000.00           $20.00

            $1,000.00 - $5,000.00        $25.00

            Over $5,000.00                 $30.00
